Bulgaria – Medical equipments, pharmaceuticals and personal care products – „Доставка на реактиви, китове, консумативи и др. за нуждите на проекти по процедура BG05SFPR001-3.004 „Подкрепа за развитие на проектна докторантура“ на Програма "Образование" 2021-2027 г.“

The subject of the public procurement is the selection of contractor(s) for the supply of reagents, kits, consumables and other items to ensure the implementation of activities under project BG05SFPR001-3.004-0026-C01 "Multidisciplinary panel of project doctoral students, focused on health, biotechnology and synergy growth in the Black Sea region" and project BG05SFPR001-3.004-0023-C01 "Project doctoral students for the development of economically applicable and innovative models for scientific research and professional development at Trakya University - Stara Zagora; Medical University - Varna and Sofia University - Sofia (DRIIM TU)" under procedure BG05SFPR001-3.004 "Support for the development of project doctoral studies" of the "Education" Programme 2021-2027. The dynamic purchasing system is not divided into separate categories pursuant to Article 83, paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Act. The procurement includes the delivery of goods, previously stated and specified by type (commercial nomenclature), technical data, packaging and quantities. The total estimated quantity of reagents, kits, consumables and other items, subject to the public procurement for the entire duration of the dynamic purchasing system – 300 units (number/package/litre). Duration of the dynamic purchasing system – until 31.12.2029. First stage - Inclusion of candidates in DPS. Second stage - Conducting restricted procedures within the created DPS. The contracting authority issues a decision on the inclusion or refusal to include interested parties in the DPS within 15 working days after the expiry of the initial deadline for submitting applications. Until the expiry of the specified deadline, the contracting authority will not send an invitation to submit offers for the first specific procurement within the existing DPS. After the expiry of the initial deadline for submitting applications, any interested party may submit an application, which is considered by the appointed commission within 10 working days. The contracting authority issues a decision on inclusion or refusal to include in the DPS. The initial deadline for receiving applications for inclusion in the DPS is until 23:59:00 on 11.06.2026. The same is indicated in the public procurement notice.
