The contract includes: - Regular cleaning work - Periodic cleaning work - Window cleaning - Floor maintenance - Deep cleaning of sanitary facilities - Operational management of own staff (OBS Vensterschool) - Ordering (excluding number of locations) and replenishing sanitary supplies

Optionally, the contract includes: - Cleaning of other external elements of the building and/or outdoor area (on request)

The contract does not include: - Supply of sanitary facilities - Cleaning of entrance zones - Specialised maintenance of wooden gymnasium floors (excluding scrubbing)

This is an Agreement with an initial duration of three (3) years. After this period, the Contracting Authority has the possibility to extend the Agreement seven (7) more times by one (1) year by exercising option years. The maximum duration is therefore ten (10) years. The Agreement expires after the end of the contract years (initial or after exercising option years).
