Within the framework of the supplementary basic jet pilot training, fighter pilots must be trained, qualified and licensed as responsible aircraft commanders in single-seat cockpits and, at the same time, learn and internalize teamwork in a tactical formation in air combat and, more broadly, as part of modern, networked air operations under threat, interoperating with the variety of platforms and capabilities.
