Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss nicht-exklusiver Rabattvereinbarungen nach § 130 a Abs. 8 SGB V für die Wirkstoffe Bevacizumab und Rituximab

Section 130a (8) SGB V allows health insurance funds (KK) and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework discount contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory KK. The GWQ acts as the Society for Economy and Quality at KK pursuant to Section 130a (8) Sentence 5 SGB V for its shareholder and customer funds. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, a regular process of substance-related, formal tendering procedures is carried out by the GWQ ServicePlus AG in accordance with the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB. Until the entry into force of new pharmaceutical discount agreements, the GWQ wishes to conclude pharmaceutical discount agreements with all interested pharmaceutical companies. The contract start date is 01.07.2026.
