This procedure aims to select professional Care Providers who can support Beneficiaries of the Childcare Allowance Scandal in Emotional Recovery from emotional and psychosocial suffering caused or exacerbated by the Childcare Allowance Scandal. The procedure targets the selection of both individual Therapists and Coaches and organisations that deploy Therapists and/or Coaches for this purpose. The organisation is then the main contractor and primarily responsible and liable for the deployment of a third party (Therapist or Coach).
