Subject of the contract is the supply of an X-ray apparatus – a panoramic X-ray machine with cephalometry and 3D tomography - CBCT to the Military Medical Institute - National Research Institute. 2. The contracting authority does not accept partial tenders. 3. The contract has not been divided into lots. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 3 to the Tender Documents. 5. The contractor is obliged to carry out the contract on the principles and conditions specified in the draft contract constituting Annex 5 to the Tender Documents. 6. The contracting authority informs that, in accordance with Article 257 of the Pzp Act, it envisages the possibility of invalidating the procurement procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intends to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it.
