Belgium – Company health services – Désignation d'un service externe de prévention et de protection au travail

The contract is for the provision of an external approved service for the prevention and protection at work (SEPPT), with the aim of carrying out certain missions in the field of well-being at work - with the exception of those which remain carried out by the SIPPT in accordance with Article II.1-8 of the Code - for all the workers of the Province of Hainaut; these missions are detailed in the technical section of the present tender specifications. These missions essentially concern medical supervision and the prevention of psychosocial risks. Additionally, the contracting authority may entrust the contractor with services to meet needs in the field of ergonomics or industrial hygiene. Unless the offer is null and void, the tenderer must submit an offer for the entire special tender specifications for all the missions included in the contract.
