Netherlands – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – BHV-App ten behoeve van het Rijk

The scope of the procurement consists of the supply, maintenance and further development of a National BHV-App including associated modules. All buildings of the Participating organisations are included in this National BHV-App. The BHV-App should, among other things, ensure that: • BHV personnel present in such a building are automatically registered upon entry and automatically deregistered upon leaving the building in the BHV-App; • Attendance scheduling; • BHV-related incidents are registered in the National BHV-app; • BHV personnel present near reported incidents are called upon from the National BHV-app to handle the incident; • Feedback on the handling is also via the National BHV-app; • The National BHV-app provides reporting capabilities. In Annex 1 Programme of Requirements, all requirements (functional, technical, financial etc.) to which the tenderer must comply are included. The total estimated value (incl. innovation budget) is circa € 4.860.000 for the entire duration of the Agreement. The tenderer cannot derive any rights from this.
