France – District-heating mains construction work – Marché de travaux relatifs à la conception, ingénierie détaillée, fabrication, livraison, mise en oeuvre et mise en service d'ouvrages de type Fluides et Utilités pour la construction d'une chaufferie biomasse à Cognin du réseau de chauffage urbain exploité par R3C.

Works related to the design, detailed engineering, manufacture, delivery, installation and commissioning of Fluid and Utility works for the construction of a biomass heating plant in Cognin of the district heating network operated by R3C. The biomass heating plant, with a power of approximately 16 MW, will consist of a 16 MW boiler or two 8 MW boilers producing superheated water. The heating plant will also include a thermodynamic condensation system (flue gas condenser and absorption heat pumps). The works subject to the present contract are as follows: - Hydraulic connections of biomass boilers; - Hydraulic connections of high temperature/low temperature separator exchangers; - Possibly the supply of high temperature/low temperature exchangers (2 x 8 MW); - Hydraulic connections of one or two flue gas condensers; - Hydraulic connections of one or two absorption heat pumps; - Connections of pumping units; - The supply (if not supplied by the client) and connection of valves, pumps and instrumentation; - The possible supply and connection of meters, condensates (including supply of instrumentation), wastewater, purges and drains; - Compressed air connections; - Possible supply and installation of ventilation systems; - Various connections for town water, softened water, fire water; - The support of piping; - Possible walkways; - Tracing if necessary and thermal insulation; - The necessary hydraulic tests, as well as the regulatory files.
