Hungary – Navigation equipment – DVOR-DME navigációs rendszerek cseréje

HungaroControl Zrt. (HC or the Inviting Entity), as Hungary's Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP), is modernising its CNS (Communications, Navigation and Surveillance) equipment at the end of their useful life. As part of this, HC intends to procure the following:

- 7 Doppler VOR units (hereinafter: DVOR),

- 9 DME/N units (hereinafter: DME),

- 1 (common, serving both systems) remote monitoring and control system,

- 1 test DVOR unit (with antenna simulator) prepared for internal training and testing tasks,

- 1 test DME unit (with educational load) prepared for internal training and testing tasks, and

- 1 test remote monitoring and control unit prepared for internal training and testing tasks.

In accordance with the 46. § (3) of the 321/2015. (X. 30.) Government Decree (hereinafter: Kr.), the Inviting Entity draws attention to the fact that, if the unambiguous and generally understandable definition of the subject of the public procurement required a reference to a specific brand, origin, type of item, procedure, activity, person, patent or trademark, the mention was made only in the interest of unambiguously defining the nature of the subject, and the mention of “or equivalent” shall be understood in every case. The Inviting Entity draws attention to the fact that in the case of offering an equivalent item, the equivalence must be proven by the tenderer in the tender.
