France – Accident and health insurance services – marché d'assurance statutaire de la commune de Coursan

The subject of the present contract is the subscription of an insurance contract guaranteeing the Commune of Coursan against the financial risks arising from the statutory obligations placed upon it in the event of work stoppage of permanent and trainee agents affiliated to the CNRACL, in accordance with Decree No. 86-552 of 14 March 1986. The risks to be insured include, in particular: - Death - Accident or illness attributable to service or occupational illness - Temporary or permanent incapacity following an illness or accident not attributable to service - Maternity, adoption, paternity - Ordinary sick leave (possible additional benefit) - Therapeutic part-time work (possible additional benefit)
