Germany – Accounting, auditing and fiscal services – Rahmenvereinbarung für die Prüfung der Jahresabschlüsse der Thüringer Aufbaubank (TAB) 2027- 2030

Conclusion of a framework agreement for the audit of the commercial annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements, as well as the audit of the consolidated management reports of the Thüringer Aufbaubank (TAB) from 31.12.2027 to 31.12.2030, including preliminary audit and audit of compliance with § 53 of the Budget Principles Act. The auditor will be appointed annually. The services (audit services) to be provided in accordance with general legal and professional quality standards and announcements, as well as the Thüringer Aufbaubank Act (ThürAufbBkG) and the TAB Statutes, include:

1. Audit services

- Audit of the annual financial statements and audit of the consolidated management report of the Thüringer Aufbaubank for the financial years 2027 to 2030

- Audit of the consolidated financial statements and audit of the consolidated management report of the Thüringer Aufbaubank for the financial years 2027 to 2030

- Audit of compliance with § 53 of the Budget Principles Act and preparation of a separate appendix with the audit results according to § 53 HGrG in the audit report

- Personal presentation of the audit results in the respective committee meetings by the responsible audit manager

- Based on the Public Corporate Governance Code of the Free State of Thüringen (PCGK), the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board each declare annually whether the recommendations of the PCGK have been followed. These declarations of correspondence are each included as an appendix to the management report in the audit file of the respective annual financial statements and are part of the review by the auditor.
