Norway – Software package and information systems – A new HSE system for NVE

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the procurement of an internet based HSE system for use in offices, in projects, on official journeys and in field work, all within liability for the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE) and the Regulation Authority for Energy (RME). The procurement is estimated to have a value of NOK 5.6 million over a period of 48 months. Cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 5.4 (12), letter b).) The estimated value is calculated on the current prices and value. The contract period is 3 (three) years from the delivery date. The contract will then be renewed automatically for 1 (one) year at a time, unless terminated by the Contracting Authority or the Supplier. This procedure gives all interested suppliers the possibility to submit a request for participation in the competition. Only tenderers who are qualified and then invited by the Contracting Authority can submit a tender.
