This contract notice, launched by Ratp Expertises on behalf of RATP CAP IDF under a negotiated procedure, aims to establish a framework agreement for the supply of batteries for buses, heavy goods vehicles and light vehicles for the subsidiaries of RATP CAP Ile de France. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with order forms concluded for a firm period from its date of signature until 31 December 2027. The framework agreement is renewed tacitly, for periods of 12 months, from 1 January 2028, up to a maximum of three renewals. The renewal is tacit, unless the contrary is notified to the Contractor by no later than 30 November of each year. The final expiry date of the framework agreement may in no case exceed 31 December 2030. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount for the needs of the subsidiaries of RATP Cap Île-de-France. The references of the batteries are detailed in the Estimated Quantitative Detail (DQE) - piece 1 of the CCAP. Their technical characteristics are described in piece 3 "Technical Characteristics". The selection criteria for the applications are stated in the Consultation Rules (RC).
