The subject of the performance of the public contract are the construction and assembly works of the action "REP-expansion, reconstruction, relocation (P.0600), construction and assembly works" in the scope of the building objects (hereinafter "BO") and operational sets (hereinafter "OS") specified in the binding draft Contract for Work, which forms Annex No. 2 of the Tender Documentation. The subject of the performance of the public contract is further specified in the Tender Documentation.
