France – Maintenance and repair of information technology equipment – Maintenance des bornes et écrans d'information voyageur Tisséo (hors embarqué)

The present consultation concerns the maintenance of Tisséo passenger information terminals and screens (excluding on-board) throughout the Urban Transport Area operated by TISSEO. The contract includes the following services: Fixed-price services defined in Article 6 of the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP) and its annexes; Services outside the fixed price at the request of the contracting entity and for the entire duration of the contract (including possible renewals). The services are billed at unit prices. The contract is concluded for an initial period of 3 years from the date of notification. The expected start date for the services is 06/09/2027. The number of renewal periods is set at 2. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract, including all periods, is 3 years and 24 months. The initial period will be concluded for a maximum amount of 800 000 euros excl. VAT and the renewal period will be concluded for a maximum amount of 200 000 euros excl. VAT. The maximum order threshold over the total duration of the contract is 1 200 000 euros excl. VAT.
