Germany – Software development services – RMV-KombiTicketsystem (Wallet, Mobil und Print@Home)

The subject of the procurement is the conception, development, and operation of an event organiser- and user-based RMV-KombiTicket system as Software as a Service (SaaS). The system serves to issue and manage public transport (ÖPNV) travel authorisations in conjunction with event and service tickets. It includes, in particular, a web access for RMV administrators, a web app, and the appropriate interfaces for connecting event organisers and ticketing service providers. The RMV-KombiTicket is to be provided as a HandyTicket-Mobil, HandyTicket-Wallet, and Print@Home ticket. Users must be able to retrieve a successfully issued RMV-KombiTicket in all three ticket formats and use it as a valid travel authorisation. The issuance must be enabled both by direct retrieval by the event organiser and by personalisation and activation by the user. Additionally, a process for providing and distributing event codes without direct interface connection must be provided. The system must support the user roles of user, event organiser, ticketing service provider, and RMV, each with appropriate functions and permissions. The contractor, in addition to the technical implementation, will take over the secure, reliable, and permanently available operation of the RMV-KombiTicket system, including the associated services.
