The RheinEnergie AG plans to expand the capacity of its training places. For this purpose, building 23 is planned, which, in addition to the existing training centre (building 20), is to be constructed on the operational site of the RheinEnergie AG at Parkgürtel 24 in Cologne. Access to the operational site is only possible with registration and a visitor pass, as the site is part of critical infrastructure.
