Procedure launched in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2124-2 1°, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The works which are the subject of this consultation constitute a single section. The contracts are divided into 5 lots and are awarded by separate trades. The estimated start date for the works is planned for January 2027. The estimated duration of the works is 24 months (including 1 month of preparation). The contracts are concluded on a fixed and revised lump sum basis. In accordance with Article L.2122-2 of the CCP, all lots are subject to a mandatory economic activity insertion scheme. Free variants are allowed. Candidates may not submit more than two variants. Prices are revisable according to the provisions of the CCAP. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Lot 1 VRD and Lot 2 Major Works (extended) (Article 8.6 of the Consultation Regulations) on 04 September 2026 at 09:30.
