Germany – Architectural services for buildings – VgV Objektplanung - Neubau Feuerwehrgerätehaus Triberg im Schwarzwald

The town of Triberg im Schwarzwald intends to construct a new building for a fire station at Frejusstraße 1, 78098 Triberg im Schwarzwald, on the plot of land between Frejusstraße, Gerwigstraße and Nußbacher Straße. The buildings currently on the site will be demolished for this purpose. The demolition is not part of the task advertised here. An appropriate architectural firm is being sought for the services of building and interior design planning according to §§ 33, 34 HOAI, LPH 1-8, 9. The appointment is to be made in stages. In the first stage, the performance phases 1-3 will be commissioned. There is no legal entitlement to the further commissioning of the respective subsequent performance stage. The negotiations are scheduled to take place on 11.12.2026 all day. Please refer to 5.1. of the notice and the attached short information for further information.
