The Agency for Innovation in Cybersecurity GmbH is seeking a security service provider as a contractor who will be responsible for the protection goals and tasks designated by it, such as the protection of the physical integrity (body, life, and health) of visitors, employees, third-party company members, and other persons not affiliated with the AG, the protection of property and possessions of the AG, visitors, employees, third-party company members, and persons not affiliated with the AG, as well as the areas of object and event security, and the reception service. The aim of the present call for tenders is to find a partner with whom the AG can establish an efficient security organisation. With this call for tenders, the AG is seeking a security service provider who works in a performance- and quality-oriented manner. This is demonstrated, among other things, by proactive cooperation with the AG and effective and efficient execution of the contract. The detailed requirements for the guarding and service provision of the objects and associated outdoor areas, the services and qualities to be provided by the contractor, and the interfaces with the internal requirements are defined in the description of services. The complete description of services will be made available in the tendering phase after successful qualification.
