1. The subject of the contract is the supply of clothing and equipment items - summer underwear. The scope of the contract includes 2 tasks: Task No. 1 - Summer underwear - 40 000 units. Task No. 2 - Summer underwear - 60 000 units. 2. The contracting authority reserves the right to exercise the option. 3. The subject of the contract must be produced according to the requirements specified in the Military Technical and Technological Documentation (WDTT): WDTT 518A/MON. 4. The subject of the contract will be subject to quality control carried out by the designated Supervision Unit in accordance with AQAP 2110 issue D version 1. The quality management system must be in accordance with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015.
