The request concerns, on the one hand, the acquisition and maintenance of SITECORE licences for a period of 8 years, in order to support the company's digital strategy on its current and future platforms. Current scope: • belgiantrain.be: institutional and commercial website, focused on passenger information and services. • b-europe.com: e-commerce site for the sale of international tickets and associated services. • Future projects: Business portal, Jobsite, Cashdesk, (non-exhaustive list) Objectives: • Ensure the continuity and evolution of existing sites by relying on a robust and scalable platform. • Allow the integration of new digital projects (websites or applications) in a coherent and secure environment while rationalising the number of products and the associated volumes required. • Ensure a personalised and homogeneous customer experience across all digital channels. Key requirements: • SITECORE licences suitable for multi-site, multi-language and multi-environment use • Support and maintenance for the duration of the contract, including updates, patches and technical assistance. • Professional services for integration, migration, training and continuous optimisation. • Scalability to absorb the growth in traffic volumes and functionalities.
