Germany – Construction project management services – Projektsteuerungsleistungen Handlungsbereich D (Termine, Kapazitäten und Logistik) Los 6 (VE0426.2) für das Infrastrukturprojekt Regionaltangente West (RTW)

The Regionaltangente West (RTW) is a new tangential rail link in the Rhine-Main region to improve public rail transport in the Frankfurt am Main conurbation. It primarily serves to better connect the western districts of Frankfurt am Main and the surrounding counties, cities and municipalities with each other and to improve the connection to Frankfurt Airport. The contracting authority (AG) is responsible as the project sponsor for the planning, construction and operation of the RTW infrastructure. The subject of the project management services of Lot 6 are the services described in Annex 1, Scope of Services (Scope of Services), as well as all basic services of the project management services according to § 2 AHO-Heft No. 9 (as of March 2020) in project stages 1 to 5 for action area D. This scope of services is based on the scope of services of the scope of project management services in the construction and real estate industry of the AHO specialist commission, which is extended on a contract-specific basis to include the services required for the planning and execution of this major project. The services must be provided in accordance with the notes, specifications and additions contained in this scope of services.
