The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents for performing biochemical and immunochemical tests with calibrators and control materials, along with the lease of basic analysers and a backup analyser (for the determination of cardiological parameters). 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, including information on the required technical and user parameters, as well as the type of analyses and the number of determinations, is specified in Annex No. 1, which is an integral part of the SWZ, in which the Purchaser requires the Contractor to provide the name of the manufacturer, model/type, catalogue numbers, and other data (as indicated in the form) of the subject of the contract offered by the Contractor. 3. The Purchaser does not allow the submission of partial offers and must cover all the items indicated in the subject of the contract. 4. The subject of the contract will be delivered at the cost, risk, and transport of the Contractor.
