The present consultation concerns the renewal of Aéroports de Paris SA's collective insurance contracts (insurer and manager), initially taken out in 2017, renewed in 2021, in accordance with the collective agreement of 12 February 2007 establishing the mandatory scheme for reimbursement of medical expenses, as well as its successive amendments. The contracts also cover the populations of retirees subject to the voluntary schemes prior to 2007, consisting of two closed groups benefiting from basic guarantees fully funded by Aéroports de Paris. Retirees could choose additional options, at their exclusive expense. A previous consultation was the subject of a contract notice published in the OJEU on 27/03/2026 under the reference OJEU 211433-2026 and was declared unsuccessful (for reasons of public interest resulting from the need to redefine the need).
