Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff Calcipotriol + Betamethason (ausschl. Dafo. CRE), für die Zeit 01.07.26 - 30.06.28 (zzgl. V.-Option 1x12 M.)

Section 130a Paragraph 8 of the SGB V enables health insurance funds and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework discount contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance funds. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, a regular process of substance-related, formal award procedures according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB is carried out by the DAK-Gesundheit. For medicines to be specified by the bidder in more detail in Annex 2 to the contract for the above-mentioned active substance Calcipotriol + Betamethason (exclusively in the form of a cream), ATC D05AX22, the DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude discount contracts for medicines with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until the entry into force of new discount contracts for medicines. A discount contract under the approval model for the above-mentioned active substance will come into force for the first time on 01.07.2026 and will end on 30.06.2028 (plus extension option 1x12 months). It will automatically end with the entry into force of the exclusive contract, regardless.
