The General Directorate for Internal Protection, as the Contracting Authority, is a partner in the project currently underway at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, "MAIDIGITAL", cod SMIS 318777. The implementation of the project aims to transform the MAI into a modern and digitalised entity that provides high-quality, available electronic public services tailored to the needs of citizens and businesses. The project's main objective is to accelerate the digitalisation process of public services provided by MAI structures, by developing new electronic public services, as well as improving and increasing the sophistication of electronic public services, with a focus on increasing the efficiency and quality of interactions between citizens, businesses and public administration. The proposed security solutions for implementation include security components for MAI's information and communication systems, which will ensure the proper functioning of electronic public services, as well as the necessary tools for integrating them into the MAI Cyber Security and Defence System. Within this award procedure, Subscriptions for Cyber Threat Correlation Solutions will be procured. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. The contracting authority sets the deadline by which it will respond to all requests for clarifications or additional information: 11 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. - Clarification requests will be sent in editable format.
