The subject of the service is the operational installation of a temporary container kitchen facility at the location of the DFS corporate headquarters on the DFS Campus in 63225 Langen, Am DFS-Campus 10, for use as a temporary production kitchen, incl. dishwashing kitchen and all specific ancillary facilities (office, changing room, sanitary units, storage and cold rooms, grease trap, lifting station, tablet return conveyor) for approx. 12 months, to maintain kitchen and canteen operations during the renovation of the existing kitchen. The facility is to be constructed as a coherent, functional unit of room cells or container modules, including all necessary ancillary services, connections, seals, penetrations, protective measures, adaptations and commissioning. The container kitchen facility must be usable for the intended kitchen operation upon completion and meet the requirements for hygiene, occupational safety, operational safety, fire protection, drinking water hygiene, drainage and technical building equipment.
