De Wegwijzer is an Integrated Child Centre, the current school is being demolished and the school is being replaced with new construction on the same location. The location will be delivered construction-ready. The new construction is being realised for approximately 260 pupils and the BVO amounts to approximately 2 881m2 over two storeys including sports hall and day care. The building has the following structure: Foundation: - In-ground formed (drill) piles with a concrete beam grid on top. Floors: - Ground floor; insulated channel slab floor, - 1st floor; channel slab floor with integrated steel joists. Load-bearing structure: - Ground floor; concrete columns with integrated steel joists, - 1st floor; wooden columns with wooden edge joists and integrated steel joists. Roof school and day care: - EPDM roof covering, - Insulation, - Roof floor; lignatur element. Roof sports hall: - EPDM roof covering, - Insulation, - Laminated wooden beam layer on top of roof wood.
