1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and disposal of municipal waste accumulated on the premises of residential properties in single-family and multi-family buildings, as well as on properties where there is a holiday home, or another property used for recreational purposes, and from public points for the selective collection of waste, located in the area of the Municipality of Konstantynów Łódzki. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the scope of the service, data relating to the places designated for waste collection, the quantity and type of necessary containers, bags for collection and selective waste collection, has been included in Annex no. 1 to SWZ – Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (SOPZ) and in the annexes to the SOPZ.
