The subject of the tender is a manufacturer-neutral logistics planning for the new hospital construction at the Nordstadt Singen site (short: GLKN hospital new construction). The clinic is to be built as a new construction with all ward areas, the necessary ward-adjacent functions, and the further areas on a defined site at the Nordstadt Singen site. The new construction is to accommodate a total of approximately 450 inpatient beds and currently at least nine specified specialties on a total of around 44,000 m² of usable floor space.
