The dynamic purchasing system aims to procure space solutions through leasing. Future procurements may target any space requirement of the Pohjoinen to meet the needs of the premises, regardless of the purpose of use. In addition to space leasing, the procurement may include maintenance and support services. Furthermore, the procurement may include design or other expert services related to the leasing of space solutions, which can be implemented in separate projects or projects preceding the leasing. Additionally, the procurement may include other contracts or purchases related to the leasing of space solutions. The procurement may also include the purchase of movable property through the supplier. The dynamic purchasing system is valid until the end of 2035, unless the procurement unit shortens or extends the duration of the dynamic purchasing system. During the duration of the dynamic purchasing system, all interested candidates may submit an application to participate.
