DB InfraGO AG plans to renew the fixed track on routes 6107 and 6185. The investment sum for this project is estimated at approximately EUR 560 million. Of this, approximately EUR 30 million has already been settled through an existing contract. The newly tendered insurance contract will replace the existing contract. A currently planned construction period until 31.12.2027 is anticipated. The insurance contract will begin after the completion of the tendering procedure with the date of the award following a currently existing preliminary cover. (Type M) In the liability insurance, the coverage amount per claim is EUR 25,000,000 in total for personal, property, and financial losses, including the benefits from the environmental liability insurance. In the planning liability insurance, a separate coverage amount per claim of EUR 10,000,000 in total for property and financial losses is available. The aforementioned amounts are tripled. The Extendend Maintenance in the construction and assembly insurance part amounts to 42 months. The subsequent liability in the liability insurance is 10 years, in the environmental liability and environmental damage insurance 5 years. The general deductible is at least EUR 25,000. The deductible for personal injuries is waived. In an extended planning cover, the deductible is EUR 100,000.
