Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości z terenu gminy Opalenica – Sektor XV.

The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from the territory of the following communes, constituting separate sectors:

1) Sector XV – the area of the commune of Opalenica.

2. The waste to be collected will be:

1) from owners of properties where residents live,

2) from holiday homes or other properties used for recreational purposes,

3) from the Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste (PSZOK) located on plot no. 401/11 within Troszczyn in the commune of Opalenica (Sector XV),

4) from pharmacies located in the area of: a) the commune of Opalenica – Sector XV (collection of expired medicines),

5) from electrical points located at: a) Opalenica, 3 Maja Street, next to the entrance to the parking lot, by the cemetery, plot no. 688/1 (Sector XV).

6) from properties indicated by the Contracting Authority if such a need arises in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Sector XV).

3. The subject of the contract also includes the delivery of the collected waste and its unloading at the Municipal Installation - PreZero Recycling Zachód Sp. z o.o. in Piotrowo Pierwsze 26/27, 64-020 Czempiń.
