Nictiz intends to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for brokerage services for the hiring of self-employed individuals without personnel (zzp'ers). The services include facilitating contracting, administrative handling and support for the lawful deployment of self-employed professionals. Where necessary, the services also include support for deployment via payrolling. The framework agreement has an initial term of two years, with two possible extensions of one year each. The intended start of the service is 1 April 2027. The contract concerns brokerage services for the hiring of self-employed professionals for an initial period of two years with two possible extensions of one year. The estimated total contract value amounts to € 14,000,000 exclusive of VAT.
