Germany – Building construction work – Zeltbauarbeiten

The procurement will be conducted using a performance specification with a bill of quantities. This will be referred to simply as 'bill of quantities' or 'BoQ' for simplicity. The following is to be offered in Title 01: the turnkey production of the work, its delivery, and if necessary, the required transport on site, assembly on site, and standby service during the fixed operation. The Hofbräu-Festzelt is to be dismantled after the Oktoberfest, stored, and prepared for setup the following year. These annual setup and dismantling works, as well as the storage of the components, must also be offered and are listed under Title 02 - Annual Recurring Construction Services. The current tent has already been in use for over 50 years, and the new tent is to achieve the same lifespan. All necessary components and parts must be designed to be very durable and suitable for annual setup and dismantling. Services not further described or not described in the BoQ, but necessary for the successful completion of the work, do not constitute additional compensation. All planning services, including the structural engineering to be provided, must be included in the prices. The dimensions and cross-sections mentioned in the performance specification are only preliminary dimensions and do not represent final, constructive solutions. The following construction services are to be offered on a turnkey basis:

· 02 Earthworks/Excavation works

· 03 Timber construction works

· 04 Carpentry works
