France – Parts of locomotives or rolling stock – Fourniture de pièces détachées pour la maintenance du matériel roulant ferroviaire et Prestations de réparations/rénovations des équipements du Tramway CITADIS

The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The requirements for spare parts for the maintenance of railway rolling stock and the repair services for the equipment of the CITADIS Tramway, are divided into 3 lots:

Lot 1: Supply of spare parts for the maintenance of railway rolling stock

Lot 2: Repair services for equipment of the CITADIS Tramway carriages

Lot 3: Renovation and repair services for the equipment of the braking system of the CITADIS Tramway, FAIVELEY brand (hydraulic control units + brake calipers + electronic braking drawer)

Each lot will be subject to a separate award. Lot 1 is multi-awarded (without limitation on the number of awardees). The services are settled by unit prices. Each lot is concluded for an initial period of 3 years from 15/02/2027 or from its notification date if later. Each lot may be tacitly renewed until its expiry. The number of renewal periods is set at 2. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months. The maximum duration of the contracts, all periods combined, is 5 years. The maximum amount of the initial period is 2 286 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive for Lot 1, 987 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive for Lot 2, 1 053 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive for Lot 3. The maximum amount for each renewal period is: 762 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive for Lot 1; 329 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive for Lot 2; 351 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive for Lot 3.
