This preliminary design competition, as defined in Article R.2431-24 of the Public Procurement Code, launched by the SEDIF, is organised with a view to awarding the contract for design services for the construction of a new building incorporating a gaseous chlorine chlorination unit and a generator set on the Châtillon site, owned by the SEDIF, located in the commune of Châtillon, in the Hauts-de-Seine (92), falling within the infrastructure (new construction) sector.
