The subject of the contract is the lease of telecommunications services consisting of the assembly, activation, and 24/7 provision of symmetric Ethernet L2 telecommunication links for the needs of the organizational units of the Lubuskie Voivodeship Police. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including a description of the relationship, throughput, and parameters of the links, standards and recommendations, as well as the place of contract execution, is contained in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ – OPZ. 3.
