Acting under the authority of art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law (PZP), the Contracting Authority informs that it may cancel the current tender procedure, if the public funds intended for the financing of the entire or part of the order have not been granted to it. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure under art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, in the event of non-granting of public funds intended for the financing of the entire or part of the order by the time of completion of the public procurement procedure.

The subject of the order must have certificates, certificates and permits in accordance with Polish law for admission to use in the activity of the Contracting Authority. The Contractor is obliged to verify the delivered documents in terms of legality and compliance with the actual legal status.

The subject of the order must be factory new, equipment produced in 2026, unused, not the subject of exhibitions, scientific research, development works, research services, not a demonstration and refurbished subject, previously not used for any purpose by another entity, admitted for trade and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the applicable legal provisions; complete equipment, ready for use after installation without the need to make additional purchases.
