Title: „Performance of forestry services in the Bystrzyca Kłodzka Forest District in 2027.” Description: A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ. 1) The subject of the contract are forestry services in accordance with the definition in art. 6 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – „Act on Forests”) covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, and maintenance of tourist and educational infrastructure, as well as forest seed and tree selection, to be carried out in the Bystrzyca Kłodzka Forest District in 2027. 2) The scope of the subject of the contract covers the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, and maintenance of tourist and educational infrastructure, as well as forest seed and tree selection resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Annex No. 2.2.1. – detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; Annex No. 2.2.2. – valuation of the contract value for individual works; Annex No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.2. – assortment layout of timber harvesting in forestry; Annex No. 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions of timber extraction; Annex No. 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and extraction; Annex No. 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential); Annex No. 2.3.7. – information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.4.1. - potential locations for the care of forest stands; Annex No. 2.4.2. – compilation of positions not available for renewals carried out with the help of a planter. 3) The material scopes set out in the annexes forming part of Annex No. 2 are of an indicative nature. 4) The quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 3.1. „Description of the standard of technology for carrying out forest works" Annex No. 3.2. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the „Description of the standard of technology for carrying out forest works" The detailed description of the standard of technology for carrying out individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ forms the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ do not apply. The Tables of Parameters contain (separately for each Package) detailed information on the manner of implementing some of the activities described in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for carrying out forest works, in special conditions relating to a given Package forming part of the subject of the contract. 5) Descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual forest works (activities) forming part of the subject of the contract have been described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 6) A description of the rules of the procedure for carrying out the acceptance of forest works has been included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
