Carpentry/Built-in furniture, including 19 classroom cupboard systems, 19 back wall and 19 blackboard side shelves, 18 cloakroom systems, various special furniture items, approximately 125 m² of seating step coverings, window sills, display cases, seating niches and door flaps as well as supplementary equipment. The building to be constructed will be planned and executed in accordance with the certification system of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) according to the 2018 New Construction Building Criteria Catalogue and the usage profile "New Educational Buildings (NBI)". Furthermore, a QNG certification will be pursued for the building. The Contractor is obligated to ensure the prerequisites for obtaining the DGNB Silver Certificate and to meet the QNG requirements, and to provide their services accordingly. The assessment system will be applied throughout the planning and construction phases. Cooperative collaboration and coordination with all parties involved in the construction process are essential.
