The procurement involves the delivery of an automatic route planning system for the Orderer's area of Health and Care and includes only the Orderer's user rights to the Tenderer's IT system consisting of the route planning system as well as servicing and hosting thereof. The route planning system shall provide the Orderer's employees with a tool for safe and optimal route planning, which in the end ensures the minimum possible driving time for home care and also streamlines the planners' time and resources for planning home care's time.
