Poland – Event services – Usługi realizacji wydarzeń na terytorium Polski, na potrzeby realizacji zadań, przez Departament Programów Pomocowych

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of event organisation services in Poland, for the purposes of the Department of Assistance Programmes. 2. The Description of the Subject of the Contract (DSC) is contained in Annex 1 to the Contract Notice - Description of the Subject of the Contract (DSC) with the Contractor, whose offer is considered the most advantageous, will be awarded a contract on the terms specified in the Contract Notice. The Contracting Authority anticipates the possibility of making changes to the concluded contract, on the basis of Article 455 of the Act, in the manner and on the terms described in detail in the Contract Notice. 3. The Contracting Authority anticipates the possibility of awarding a contract, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act. The contract will involve the repetition of services similar to those covered by the main contract, described in the DSC, in particular covering the comprehensive organisation of events, with the possibility of adapting their scope, form, size or method of implementation to the current needs of the Contracting Authority. The total value of the contracts awarded on this basis will not exceed 100% of the value of the main contract. 4. The Contracting Authority does not anticipate the Contractor carrying out a site visit or checking the documents necessary for the implementation of the contract, as referred to in Article 131(2) of the Act. 5. The Contracting Authority does not require the submission of a bid bond. 6. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to first examine and evaluate offers, and then carry out the Contractor's substantive qualification. 7. The Contracting Authority does not require the submission of a guarantee of due performance of the contract. 8.
