In the context of a joint public procurement procedure, we invite you to submit a tender for the supply of the medicinal product iron(III) carboxymaltose (ATC B03AC) in injection vials of 2, 10 and 20 ml. This contract is being tendered for the following participating hospitals (see I.2): - AZ Alma, Ringlaan 15, 9900 Eeklo - AZ Sint-Jan Brugge AV - Campus Sint-Jan, Ruddershove 10, 8000 Brugge - AZ Sint-Lucas vzw, Sint Lucaslaan 29, 8310 Brugge. This concerns a framework agreement for the specified delivery within the agreed period and under the conditions as set out in the tender documentation. This procedure follows the applicable legislation on government contracts. The contracting authority ensures that this contract is carried out in accordance with anti-discrimination legislation.
