The subject of the contract is the Supply of servers with after-sales support together with software, with the basic and optional ordering separated. The contracting authority provides for the right of option. A detailed description of the exercise of the right of option is contained in the Subject of the Contract (SOTC), which is Attachment No. 1 to the Contract Notice (SWZ) and the contract template Attachment No. 3 to the SWZ. The contracting authority does not allow for the submission of partial tenders. The contracting authority does not envisage the awarding of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp). The contracting authority declares that, as the administrator of the data and having regard to the provisions of the Act of 10.5.2018 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter RODO), it has implemented security measures adequate to the risks identified by it and giving assurance of the proper safeguarding of personal data transmitted as part of the procedure. The detailed information clause from Article 13 RODO is included in the SWZ.
