In Kehl, a new energy centre is to be built as a supplement to the existing heat supply. The energy centre will have a thermal capacity of approx. 4 MW in the final stage of development. In the first stage of development, which is the subject of this tender, groundwater serves as a heat source and is raised to the required temperature level with the help of two electric heat pumps with a thermal capacity of 3 MW. The contents to be planned essentially comprise the following areas: architecture, technical building equipment incl. electrical systems, load-bearing structure, fire protection, sound insulation, external facilities. A detailed specification will be made available in the course of this procedure.
