Bremen has decided to redesign the public lighting within the remit of the Special Fund Port in Bremerhaven. The aim of the parties is, in particular, to ensure, on the basis of this lighting contract, a safe, cost-effective, efficient and environmentally friendly public lighting that at all times complies with all legal, regulatory and other requirements. All measures based on this contract will always also serve to fulfil all relevant traffic safety obligations.
