The project for the bypass of the town of Le Locle is a new construction and consists of a northern tunnel bypass (a two-tube tunnel with a safety tunnel for oncoming traffic), which starts in the area of the Col des Roches railway station (site of the Les Granges quarry) and ends at the existing Crêt-du-Locle junction. The investigation perimeter includes the entire bypass of Le Locle (N20). The Federal Roads Office (ASTRA) initiated the project and carried out the tenders for the planning services in the years 2020–2021. Due to the project development and the scope of the services to be provided, certain planning lots cannot be continued until commissioning; this particularly affects Lot 1 "Material Management", which is the subject of this retender. The subject of the present tender are the services as project author (PV) and local construction management (öBL) for material management over the entire project N20 – Bypass Le Locle. The affected project phases: from Phase 41 (Tender) to Phase 53 (Commissioning).
